I signed a contract with Viking to have my son's car transported. The estimated pickup was 11/12/2011. We were told there would be a 2 day window. We weren't contacted for a pickup date. Tried to call several times and no answer. If they did answer they would tell us they would contact us soon. By December 2, the car was still not picked up. My son contacted them to cancel the contract. At that time we were told we would be refunded the deposit right away. Refund never happened. On 12/8/2011, I sent an email demanding a refund. On 12/8/2011, Tony responded with the following. "I do apologize for the delay in your refund. I will forward your email to the accounting department so they can issue your credit immediately. You will receive an email receipt within the next 72 hours confirmation your refund.' Neither the email or the refund ever came. I then filed a complaint with my credit card company and a Richard Hernandez sent a letter to them stating they contacted me about transport and that I said I already found someone else. This is out right LIE!!!! They didn't even have my phone number and I have proof no call came. To date, I have not received my deposit refund. I contacted my credit cared company again, sent Viking another email and will be filing legal action as well as filing complaints with the Better Business Bureau and Attorney Generals office if I do not get my refund back promptly.

You were was contacted by this office to inform you that the truck that was assigned to pick you vehicle was late in arriving at the pick up location, that we would contact you in the next 24hrs to inform you when the driver would be picking up their vehicle. When Viking contacted you, you informed you that a truck was assigned to pick up you vehicle was on the way, you informed this office that you had made other arrangements and you no longer needed our services. You never called this office to cancel your agreement with Viking Auto Transport as it’s stated in our Service Agreement. Viking Auto Transport did not breach their contract, we had a License and Insured truck on the way to pick up your vehicle. It is clearly stated in our Service Agreement that deposit is only refundable as long as Viking has not assigned a truck to pick up your vehicle. Even though you are not entitled to a refund,Viking has decided to refund your deposit in full, as you are quite aware of it. So we suggest that you stop posting frivolous reviews.
