How do they still have customers?

I placed my order over a month before the pickup date. When the pickup day came and went, I called them, they said a driver would be dispatched within 24-48 hours. When this came and went, I called again, only to get another 24-48 hour window. Then I looked on this site for reviews and saw that this was something they typically did to customers. I canceled immediately after I received a third 24-48 hour window and had my car shipped within 4 days at the same price from Jay's Auto. After dealing with the runaround from Viking and the horrible customer service, Jay was a wonderful change. Now I am trying to get my deposit refunded from Viking and I keep getting 24-48 hour windows. This has been going on for weeks! Don't fall for their cheap prices, it's not at all worth the hassle and you can find honest companies for a similar price!

We regret that your car was not picked up write away but you only gave us 24 hrs to pick up the car and you did not want to pay for express service but you still insisted in express service, we tried to explain to you that it would take 3 to 4 days to scheduled a truck. So you decided to book with multiple brokers at the same time, which we consider this a very unethical practice.And your deposit has been refunded in full as you are allready aware....Tony
