Carlo at Veteran Transport Logistics (Out of Boca Raton, FL) repeatedly reached out to me while I was waiting for the appointed representative from a different company that I had already reserved my online shipping quote with.
After leaving a voicemail for the unresponsive representative, I was too busy to follow up. 5 days later, I called Carlo back after he sent me follow up text messages. I called him immediately and he quickly set up my reservation and started the process of securing the trucking company.
