They give you a low ball price.. collect a deposit ... "THEN" try to find a carrier and can't ..
They quoted me $970.00 to haul a trailer.. After ai paid deposit they stated they could not find anyone to do it for less than around $1300.
M advice is to stay away from this outfit and if you put down a deposit make sure that it is on some type of card such as American express that the charges may be easily reversed on ..
