I needed to move my Hyundai from LA to Houston. After receiving 100s of calls, texts and emails ... I reached out to 3 companies . I eventually decided to use Derek with Upscale Auto Transport . Here’s why, Derek explained that although i received lower quotes from other companies that the lowest quote doesn’t always get me a carrier . He said many customers try to negotiate lower prices and often times negotiate themselves out of a transporter . I wasn’t aware that the transporters require a certain amount of money to move from spot to spot . Not only was I educated about transporting , I then felt confident that I could trust him. The days leading up to my move , Derek returned my calls and texts to answer questions (nervousness) . The transporter arrived on the date I chose and we inspected my car .It was interesting the time he took to make sure I understood how the car goes on and off and when to expect delivery . He also asked my delivery address in Houston and confirmed how much I would owe him. My car arrived within the time he explained and we again inspected my car. No ISSUES ! I paid him using my cash app account . Great job Upscale Auto and especially Derek i highly recommend using them
