I contacted them a week ago and still they have not once bothered to call me to give any information on getting my sons truck transported to VA. My son is in the NAVY and all he I wanted was to get his truck to him since he just got back from deployment. I have had to call everyday to check in any updates and even like that I get hung up on or left on hold. And when Jackie or shelly answer my calls they give such unprofessional feed back, and have an nasty attitude as if I'm bothering them. They sure did take my deposit money right away And when asking for deposit they were really kind and promised to have my sons truck picked up within the next 2 days. Never again will we do business with "UPSCALE AUTO TRAMSPORT" do not do it. It'll be a big headache.
