I don't know how I got lucky enough to work with these guys. I've never shipped before. I damaged the vehicle I was towing while in Texas. Decided not to continue and called for a transport. If you don't know who to call, you will be swapped with auto email and phone calls. I'm still getting texts and emails. I was stranded and kind of desperate. I previously made plans to have it moved with another company. After waiting all morning it wasn't until noon I got a call from a dispatcher trying to convince me to stick around this gas station I was stranded at another night. Upscale called and was very pleasant to work with over the phone. I don't think normally someone need a vehicle moved right away, but they made it happen. Within an hour of the phone call the transport arrived. The driver was friendly and helpful and within minutes the vehicle was loaded. I made it home by 3am and the truck arrived noon that day. 2 thumbs up! Super Impressed! Price was a nice average of all the quotes I was inundated with. I don't right reviews and almost didn't so why not take the incentive with such a positive experience. Thanks Upscale!
