I filled out a form on line to get shipping quotes for moving a car from Virginia to Colorado. I got bombarded by calls and emails from a variety of different vendors and got a bunch of quotes, mostly within $100 of each other. I had to have the car there at a certain time and so I called all those companies that had contacted me about my inquiry. That is where the experience changed. When I called some of those companies, I got an operator who barely spoke English and couldn't answer my questions or guarantee delivery on my timeframe. When I called Bert at Upscale transport however it was a totally different story. He listened to my situation and gave me a few different loading options. He sent me a paperwork with the delivery timeframe guaranteed. He sent me all the information on the driver as soon as he had it. He politely and quickly took several calls from me during the process as some things changed on my end. Anyway, the driver picked up the car as scheduled (actually early but the driver had called to confirm that it was okay). Car arrived within the specified timeframe and was fine. Upscale Auto was great. I would definitely use them again and highly recommend. They were about $50 more than the cheapest quote but it was totally worth the money. Thumbs up!
