I had a previous order with another company that was canceled on the day my vehicle was supposed to be picked up. I needed the vehicle picked up that day as I was leaving the state that afternoon. The rep for Upscale worked diligently to get me a same-day pick up at minimal extra cost, leaving everyone very satisfied with the encounter. Thanks for the work!
