My first experience shipping a vehicle at all, i was wary - but i went with Carlos at Upscale and had no problems just great service. I submitted for a quote online and got a bunch of phone calls from various brokers. Carlos was completely straight up from the start, gave me relevant, and knowledgeable information, and seemed a down to earth honest guy. Everyone else i talked to was just doing their phone sales job. Everyone else badgered me with follow up texts and calls and emails. Carlos just responded to my questions when asked. Six weeks elapsed between the quote and when i was ready to ship, and he honored the quoted price, even called me back from home on the weekend to close. Once it was dispatched i got the transporters' info and they kept up with communications. My $1500 project car was delivered without hiccup and i'd trust Carlos to take care of a $50,000 car too. And yes i took their reimbursement to write a review (that's how this works) but would have left the same 5-star rating without it!
