I’m in that process of moving so I contacted this company months in advance to find a spot and they didn’t get back to me until 4 days until they can load my vehicle. First of all they were not thinking about the customer when they scheduled so late so I made other arrangements because I was scared I would not make it to my job on time. Since I did that now they’re charging me for a cancellation fee after my down payment which is unreasonable especially for military soldier with low income. I will never contact this cooperation again and I will make sure none of my coworkers ever contact them either because they’re very unprofessional.
