No pickup & no refund & no response from company

I see from other complaints re this company and their practices that my experience is not at all unusual. I was quoted a low price, a date for pick-up set, confirming calls to give me "peace of mind" from Frank (even though the company told a complainant in response to the 3/8/18 complaint that Frank had been fired), and my car was scheduled for pick up on 6/15/18. On 6/14/18, Levi notified me that my car would not be picked up but I would get my $100 deposit back within five business days. Levi told me if I would pay more money, I would keep my place in the rotation. I declined his offer to continue working with his company. Today, despite many emails to the "Universal Team" and Sebastian who I initially worked with, I am still without my $100. If anyone reading this review needs a good company who tells it like it is in the beginning, contact AutoTransport123.
