Vehicle shipped to near Canadian border to be exported by myself after purchasing from Dealer in Arkansas. First time using shipping company, very pleased. Price was not lowest, nor highest from online quotes, but seemed reasonable given pickup location and delivery location and given positive reviews. Driver was delayed picking up vehicle due to equipment repairs, but as it was at a dealership the pickup day didn't matter. Vehicle was delivered on the day initially promised at the beginning; right down to the hour as discussed the day prior to delivery. Car was in good shape, no damage and not dirty. Took 16 days from submitting request/deposit to United routes to final delivery date by driver. Online quote submitted April 28th, Booking made and secured with deposit on April 29th (I requested delivery on May 12th, 13th or 14th), vehicle was available for pick up on May 3rd, Driver assigned may 5th and pick up day of May 7th confirmed...pickup delayed to the 8th, then the 10th and then to May 11th when it was picked up in the A.M. Was promised for delivery on May 14th, and was delivered on the 14th at 1700hrs. Driver met me at a truck stop where the vehicle was unloaded and delivered to myself to import into Canada across the border. Driver that delivered was polite and friendly and worked hard to maintain the promised delivery date, even though pickup was delayed. Overall experience a positive one, would use again for sure.
