Car was supposed to be picked up by open truck but after a last minute change it was picked up by a closed carrier. Derrick, the independent truck owner and his assistant was knowledgable and very polite. Rather then drop off the car in my office parking garage as we had agreed, Derrick decided to wait for me to arrive in person to make sure it was delivered in perfect condition, which it was. I would use United Routes, LLC again and especially recommend Derrick for any delivery out of the Dallas area
