The y are a dishonest bait and switch company.We hired them for $850, were made to pay A $200 advance to hold/confirm booking. 3 days later, the day before pickup, the driver's truck mysteriously breaks. Now the rate is $1500.We said we would wait for driver repair. No that driver wants even more.UGL refused to honor booking they confirmed, refused to return $200 advance. We ended up having to pay $1500. their dishonesty coat us $650. DO NOT USE them they are UNTRSTWORTHY
