Neither United Freight of America's (broker only) and their insurance, nor NS Transport National Casualty (Jerry Parker) Insurance Company would help defray costs to clean up the huge oil stain on my BMW convertible top. Car Carrier NS Transport knew it and asked to deliver car after midnight, so transport company could meet delivery schedule of another vehicle out of state. NS Transport said to file insurance claim within 5 days. I did and insurance company dragged their feet replying and UFA did not try to accomodate my needs to clean my car of oil, sticky adhesive. Not satisfying at all. Why didn't the auto transport move my car to the top of carrier? I had to order sailboat canvas cleaner and RAGGTOPP to try and clean the motor oil. Aweful! Try another auto transport broker and carrier. Do not recommend using this company! BEWARE of Bill of Lading EXCLUSIONS in small print - no insurance covering fluid leaks or convertibles.
