Maria was great. She was so detailed in explaining the whole shipping process, which made me feel very comfortable. From the beginning, I felt as though she was being very honest and not trying to simply take my money for nothing, like many other companies that I heard about. I originally called UFA because of all the positive reviews that I read on this site. And of course, after I spoke with Maria, I knew I was in great hands. She really took great care of me and making sure my car was picked up when I needed it. I paid a little more than some other quotes that I received, but it was well worth it considering I needed my car picked up right away. I am happy I didn’t choose the lowest price after all of the horror stories I read on the internet. Thank you for all your help Maria. I will be in touch again.
