Superb Customer Service with United Freight of America!

After multiple and confusing conversations with various brokers, I landed the most informative, open and honest conversation with United Freight of America and my new friend Guy. He helped me through the process, educating me on my options with consistent and knowledgeable follow through. Once Guy had located a driver, he kept in contact with me every few hours ensuring we were on track for a successful and timely delivery. He also knew that I wanted the vehicle to be shipped ASAP and, to my delight, it arrived 24 hours prior to when we had originally anticipated!

I've learned that simply getting the cheapest quote does not mean it is the best customer service; you get what you pay for! United Freight quoted a middle of the road price especially considering I had only contacted them a couple of days prior to the much needed transport of my vehicle. Other places seemed anxious to capitalize on my inexperience with understanding how transport systems work. Do your homework, United Freight also has an excellent rating with the BBB!

In sum, if you want seamless and effective service, United Freight is your company and your go to person is Guy! My husband and I can't thank them enough for excellent customer service; we will be back again for any future transport needs!
