Don't use this company!!!

After starting the process to mover our vehicles to Oregon in November 2010 and talking to Joe who assured me that everything will be fine as long as he has two weeks before I leave. But after he took the deposit on December 13, 2010. I could not get in touch with the Joe or anyone in the company, finally I got hold of Joe and he told me that they were going to pick up the cars which they didn't and then not able to get hold of them again. Finally after calling from a different phone number apparently got hold of a woman who said that they were supposed to be picked up on the 28th of December, the day we were flying out of Flordia. They were never picked up and after trying to get in contact with the company through numerous phone calls from different numbers and emails, nothing. We left our car in a community that we didn't live in anymore and our cars were going to be towed if we didn't moved them after a few days. I made this clear in an email to UAM and yet no response. We had to get someone to move the cars to a friend's house. Again when I finally got in contact with a woman who said that she was owner who did not offer any apologies , I request that I need the contract canceled and my deposit back, as of today nothing although she assured me that she was going to sent an email and refund my deposit. I had to go with another company for the same quote and got my cars delivered within 6 days of dealing with that company. I am still awaiting for my email and my deposit from UAM. Not only did we had the stress of worrying about our cars left in Florida but we have been without our car for 3 weeks in Oregon, of which we had to rent a vehicle.l Don't not uses this company as soon as they get your deposit you are on your own. Unprofessional, the worst company I ever had to deal with.

I ABSOLUTELY DID REFUND THIS CUSTOMERS DEPOSIT. DUE TO THE HOLIDAYS I WAS UNABLE TO REDISPATCH THESE CARS AFTER I HAD A DRIVER CANCEL DUE TO HIS TRUCK BEING OVERWEIGHT. I DID TRY TO ACCOMADATE THIS CUSTOMER BY HAVING HER PLACE THE CARS IN A SAFE PLACE OR AT A FRIENDS HOUSE UNTIL MY TRUCKS WERE LOADING AGAIN. WHEN THIS CUSTOMER PLACED HER ORDER, I EXPLAINED THAT THE WEEK OF CHRISTMAS AND NEW YEARS I COULDNT GAURANTEE A PICK UP. SHE SAID SHE UNDERSTOOD.
