Joe was always available and answered phone calls and emails promptly. He was especially helpful to me because I am a novice at using car carriers. The rate was at the low end of price for all the brokers I contacted. Most important to me was that there was no "bait and switch" to a higher price at the last minute. Contract terms were adjusted to suit my concerns.
Since I was dealing with a broker I was concerned that I might get a bad deal on the carrier/driver part of the bargain but that was an unfounded concern. The driver was courteous and very careful handling my convertible. If I ever need to move a car I would call United first. They are the real deal.
