So I have a 1965 Mustang that was suppose to be delivered from San Antonio, TX to McAllen, TX. (240 miles). So Cisco contacts me on Sunday, April 5 that he has a truck available to pick up my car on Monday, April 6 between 10:00 am - 11:00 am. So I told him I would call him back with a credit card, so I did. I call on Monday, April 6 the day of pickup, and he tells me the driver is 120 miles away. So I let Monday pass all day and nothing. The car is on the driveway waiting to be picked up. I have a friend, where the car is, all day waiting for the "promised" driver. She does have to take care of her personal things so she can't leave her house because "the driver is on his way to do the inspection on the vehicle with her." Why would Matt from the same company that Cisco works for call me on Monday that he can help me with the Mustang. Aren't this people on the same page? Today Tuesday, April 7 guess what, yup, Cisco has been screening calls and won't answer my calls. Hum? Why would Cisco lie that the driver was close by to pick up my car when really there was no driver close by? Why would a company let an employee like him keep his job. So I FIRED CISCO. I actually talked to a driver today, not a third party like this company, and he told me Cisco's bid was to cheap to for drivers to pick up my car. He told me my car would be sitting there forever cause drivers wouldn't pick up my car for that amount of money. He goes on to explain that Cisco would ignore my calls, would not answer my calls, or come out with an excuse and blame the driver, and last but not least get a call from Cisco and tell me he needs more money. So i've hired this other company and right away the driver calls my friend to see if she was available for my car to be picked up. My car will be picked up tomorrow and be delivered by Thursday. I purchased this car for my son and it's a gift for his birthday on Thursday. If it wasn't for this other company that has helped me out a lot, Cisco would've ruined my sons birthday. PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! FULL OF LIES! I'm waiting for his response and his bunch of lies.
