Poor Customer Service

I spoke to a rep. in sales/cust. service at 10:00Am mountain time (on Saturday) and set up a deal to move my cars from ref no. xxxxxx-xx. I hate to inform you that the info. on the contract form that I was to sign and date to move the vehicles had errors on it and I was unable to contact anyone during Saturday business hours. I tried to call many times and left e-mail to try and get this completed with no success so I went with another carrier. In my opinion they need to greatly improve on their customer service skills and work with the poeple they're doing business with. I probably would have been fine doing business with them had I been able to at least get someone on the phone to correct a couple of simple errors. I'm not personally comfortable doing business with a company I can't call and get a hold of during regular business hours. Hope this helps for what its worth.
