We had to vacate a facility by 8/31 and I was contacted on 8/29 and asked to coordinate the move of 7 pickup trucks, 3 trailers from Georgia to North Carolina. One of the trailers had an expired license plate and was carrying a Bobcat. When the truck transport got to the site, we discovered some of the trucks were extended cab so everything didn't fit.
Smitty helped us work through all the problems. The first transport got held up because of the tropical storms so he found another transporter. When the trucks and trailers didn't fit on the transport, he found someone else to take the trailer with the Bobcat and the truck that didn't fit.
We had to move things offsite before the transport could arrive so we owed a towing company for storage and they wouldn't take credit cards. Smitty arranged to pay them cash and we reimbursed him.
He was pleasant, always available and did whatever it took to get the job done at a reasonable price. No hesitation to use this company again.
