The overall experience went fine, the only thing is that Anthony the dispatcher promised that the vehicles would be picked up by Friday, in which is what I needed because I was going out of town to attend celebration for Veterans Day. But that didn’t happen, I tried calling Anthony numerous times, but got the voicemail and never received a return call. I finally got into contact with him on Monday and he said that the vehicles would be picked up by the end of the day and delivered the next and also made a point that they have 10 working days to get items picked up.
