Dawn Moody Submitted this review about I was very anxious and fearful to utilize a transport company because of all the poor reviews, scam claims, and overall indecisiveness on which complaint is legit. Companies literally bombard you incessantly with requests, low rates and guarantees. Because of this trepidation I was leery of Joe. Initially. However he coached and worked with me until I agreed to the transport. I was pleasantly surprised when my vehicle arrived in North Carolina ahead of promised delivery. They picked up as promised and delivered my vehicle in tact. They communicated via text, email and phone throughout the process. I plan to use them on my return trip. This complaint gave me reassurance that not all transports are nefarious
