Working with Ultimate Transport 123 itself was great. Lovely customer service and response time. I had mixed feelings working with the towing contractor. My car was picked up a day later than scheduled and when I called to get an eta, the employee I spoke to was rude and defensive. Thankfully the next employee I spoke to day of pick up was incredibly kind and professional. The driver actually got my car to CO two days early, which wasn’t an issue since my roommate was home. I’d work with Ultimate Transport again, just hopefully paired with a better towing company.
