The initial contact was very good. My salesperson was great (I believe his name was Joe) But once they pass you onto Customer Service to deliver your vehicle the person I dealt with (Karla) was not friendly, abrupt and confrontational. The driver was excellent and friendly. I would consider using them in the future if I dealt with another CSR.
