BEWARE!!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! Order placed April 5, 2021 for pick up April 14-17, 2021. Your carrier did not show up, nor did I receive any information regarding delays and/or pick up. I have called 4 times and each time, following extensive hold times, was informed someone would call me back with information-no call.. I have spent 2 hours and numerous calls and transfers to customer service representatives to cancel this order today, April 20, 2021, only to be told I will receive a call from another department at Ultimate 123transport (no time frame given). extensive
