Made arrangements for an auto transport in January. We were concerned when no one contacted us the following month about the impending pick up, and we began calling to find out an approximate arrival time. The car was packed and waiting in the driveway and no one called us. We waited FOUR days beyond the promised pick up date and got a big run-around. Every time we called we got a different Dispatcher who "couldn't reach the driver". We spoke to multiple people who were always going to call us back, but NEVER did. Then we got the story that the driver sent a text to our land line. Once again NO ONE from the whole organization ever gave an honest answer. We were left hanging and honestly feel the driver got a closer car to haul and just blew us off. STAY AWAY FROM THIS OUTFIT. Plane tickets, all plans had to be scrapped. This group is NOT a trust-worthy or dependable business!!!
