Transporting a vehicle, particularly a new one can be an emotional process, that being said read the contract thoroughly before signing. You should also accept that shipping is a dynamic process and requires flexibility. Ultimate Transport met or exceeded the terms of the contract. The only recommendation I can make would be to improve communication. If a customer calls in do not promise a call back if that is not reasonable. There are times a driver can not or does not provide any info to the broker. As soon as Ultimate had info they informed me. The driver was professional and my car was perfect when it arrived. I would use Ultimate again and I would recommend them
