Well first off i want to say when i thought about shipping a car across country i had no idea how to choose a carrier or who to talk to so i did what probably almost all people do and i submitted my information to the internet and then you get instant quotes and phone calls . Then i recieved a phone call from Pat at Ultimate Auto Shipping and he gave me some information to think about i thanked him and told him i would call him back in the afternoon . I did call him the same afternoon and spoke a little more . Pat owns his business and i was talking to the boss how great was that .
( I think thats awesome ) When i found out that Pat was a small business owner and runs a small company i thought i would get better service and i did !!!!! He took my information and sent me a contract within 5 minutes , I signined it e-mailed it back and waited . The next day Pat called and said he had found a carrier for me and he could pick the truck up on Tuesday I said OK and Pat then charged my card for the deposit and said i would pay the driver the balance . When i got home that night i was checking my e-mails and had an e-mail from Pat with the carriers name and telephone number . I spoke with the carrier about 5 times and when i called he always answer his phone !!!! I did get my truck on saturday and that was the day Pat said it would be delivered . Then something suprising happened on Monday morning first thing about 8:00 i recieved a phone call from Pat asking if everything went the way it way suppose to i said yes it was perfect and he could give me number to future clients and i would be happy to give him a reference anytime he needed it . Pat it trustworthy honest and in my opinion a great man to work with !!! If i ever have to ship another vehicle i will look very hard to find Pat !!!

Thank you so much for the 1 on 1 business approach that way of doing business has been lost for the most part in our country today but i am glad you are still practicing it !!!
