Like other Ferrari owners - trusting the transportation of our cars is not just an after thought of the purchase.
With the bizzillions of choices in transportation my decision to trust Pat at Ultimate was made by using good ol' intuition and gut feelings. Pat from the beginning was informational rather than a closer. He asked permission to re-contact and then did so when he said he would.
I put out my last blast of bid requests out on a Sunday night after purchasing the car on that Saturday. Pat called me that evening and what he said made sense so I trusted him.
Glad I did !
He got the pickup scheduled and placed that night, had a confirmation that it would be picked up on Wednesday by 11am - It was.
I really was hoping to get the car by Saturday but told him earlier was even better.
I was delivered 2 days after picking it up - a day early. Friday morning at 8am!
The driver Leven was cordial on the phone. When we spoke he was respectful and helpful. When we agreed on a time for him to check in with me - he called - at the agreed time.
On a scale of one to 10 for this transaction - I give it a 200!
