The auto transport business is a jungle, and I was really stressing, wondering how I was going to find a good shipper to transport a vehicle halfway across the country, until a friend gave Ultimate Auto Shipping a shot and had a GREAT experience. I gave Ultimate a call, and could immediately tell that Pat is NOT a typical quick-talking salesman. There were no unrealistic promises or low-ball prices to only be bumped up later. Pat simply told it the way it is; in fact, he under sold himself, and the reality was that my vehicle was shipped sooner than expected! It arrived perfectly on time without any damage, and for a lower price than expected. There was constant contact the whole time; Pat kept me abreast every step of the way and even provided me with the driver's phone number in case I needed to contact them. Everything just went SO smoothly, and my expectations were far exceeded. I am amazed! There are so many liars and thieves in this business- it's so hard to find a good shipper, but I have found one, and will definitely be using Pat again and recommending him to friends and customers! Pat is a gem, and there are no worries with this company...and the prices are even very competitive (Some will quote lower prices to get your business...but never do the actual job for that initial price; others will quote higher prices and just keep the difference. Ultimate will give you a fair realistic price...and actually get the job done quickly and with top-notch service! I know of ZERO other shippers who have been around for 11 years and who have ZERO complaints on the BBB website- only Ultimate. That says it all. I just can't say enough about Ultimate/Pat. I am more than satisfied. What can be the hardest part about buying a vehicle long-distance, Pat turned into the easiest part of the equation! And, to top it off, my vehicle was coming from and going to out-of-the-way places, but Pat had it on the road in 2 days- NOT the weeks I had imagined!
