this was our first experience so it was dreaded and scary as we were shipping all of ours and our children's keepsake items along with a few household items & a pool ~ nothing of value but very sentimental/priceless items. after searching online we were fortunate to find Mr Lynch. he was chosen after seeing his website where he sits face to face with his desk behind him and talks about how important it is to have an honest shipper/carrier that will not hold your stuff hostage for more money upon delivery and other horror stories associated with other shippers/carriers (which he would not name). his knowledge and sincere concern made Ultimate Auto Shipping, Inc. the perfect fit for our needs. he immediately found someone reliable but due to some incorrect info we supplied him with, the gentleman was unable to add our closed 8 X 20 challenger trailer to his load. he was very professional and returned our trailer to a secure location to wait for another convenient date now with the correct information (weight). Mr lynch did not wait for this carrier's next available date (another 2 months) but continued to shop for another honest carrier which he found ~ he is like a real estate agent! so many legal things to know that trying to do this on one's own is like trying to sell a house by owner ~ ends up more expensive and no one to help you(aka a nightmare). Mr. Lynch definitely is our hero as we have our trailer safely delivered....no damage on outside nor to anything inside ~ you can not buy honesty and or the value of someone's integrity so when that is freely given the price of service is also priceless! LET MR LYNCH SET YOUR MIND AT EASE WHILE HE GETS YOUR TREASURED ITEMS SAFELY ACROSS THE COUNTRY! this review is our modest way of showing our appreciation and to help future customers shipping experience to be as perfect as ours!
