What's the hardest thing to receive in our so-called service economy? Service! Not the case with Pat @ Ultimate. I was leery about shipping a car (had a bad experience 10 years ago with another company and have heard horror stories about the industry in general since then), but everything worked out fantastically well. Pat carefully explained all of the relevant processes and managed to find us a door-to-door move on an unusual route- in a covered carrier for the price of an open one. The best part was his follow-up. My wife and I had some unusual timing and location requirements, which Pat made his problem, not ours. By calling us back and asking the right questions about our predicament, he was able to make lemonade out of lemons! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.
