I worked with Mark at US Freight Masters LLC. for my auto transport needs and he was polite,courteous, diligent, understanding and professional. I tried to use a different company and was scammed (smartshipcar). I informed him they took my deposit and didn't carry out any service but in speaking with Mark he assured and guaranteed me his company is not like that and also proved it. My vehicles were scheduled for pickup on Tuesday with expected delivery on Thursday driver got to pickup location and was unable to transport and his company covered the charge and didn't charge me extra. The load was picked up the following day and still delivered on Thursday as promised. In getting quotes for transport was reasonable ( just was on higher end of my budget) but job well done. Thank you Mark vehicles arrived at my place of business after 2 weeks ( no fault of his or his company). Just as how they were advertised to me no extra dents or scratches.
