Horrible service and experience

Merchant qouted me a price on 1/19/2024 to ship two vehicles and said they have drivers available today to ship both cars and that i needed to pay a security deposit to secure the driver. I paid the security deposit but merchant then was not able to find me a car. Every day for the one week they kept changing their price. Everyday this passed i had to continue paying storage fees for the cars at the facility they were not able to pick up. Everyday there was new excuse, new price , but never able to pick up. I finally gave up on them cancelled with them on 1/26 and found someone else to pick up the car and asked merchant to return by security deposit. It is now 2/12/2024 and i have still not gotten my security deposit back. Everyday they come up with a new excuse saying there is something wrong the bank gateway. I am still owed money for $175 and $120 for each of the cars. This company uses low ball offers to get you and then fails to perform. I have learnt my lesson. Never pay a security deposit. Thats how they try to keep you hooked as they keep increasing prices but even then cannot perform.
