I spoke with Jackson at US Car-go Freight about transporting a vehicle from Massachusetts to Florida. He was very patient and helpful and took the necessary time to guide me through the process. The car was scheduled for pickup by Fernando, the driver of the transport. Fernando called on the day of the pick-up and asked if I could meet him with the car as his truck was too big to come down my street. I explained that I couldn't drive a standard shift car, so we agreed that I would bring him to the car, and he could drive it to the truck. Fernando was very nice and let me know when the car was going to be delivered. I have only praise for him and everyone involved.
