This company is very dishonest and unreliable. After being quoted a price with a signed contract, the representative S from US CarGo informed me that I would need to pay an additional $200. I agreed to pay the additional cost after she apologized for the misinformation. We then agree that the car would be picked up on Wednesday, July 12, 2023 @ 1030 am. At 10:30 am Wednesday, I attempted to contact US CarGO and the driver (who only spoke Spanish) whose number was provided by FD Logistic LLC on several occasions as there were no updates by the US Cargo or the driver regarding pickup delays. However, when I spoke with the FD Logistic LLC representative, he said the driver was in my city and was waiting until 1:00 pm to pick up the car. I told him that the car was to be picked up at 10:30 am and he said let me call the driver now. Unfortunately, the car was still sitting in my driveway at 2:47 pm on Wednesday. It wasn't until I decided to cancel the service that the US CarGo representative S decided to stop brushing me off and attempted to find out what was the problem. However, at this time I just wanted to cancel the service and find another company to transport my car. Representative S then decided to have me speak to someone else in the company, Mr. ?? who so ruled. He decided to hang up the phone once he realized I was not going to change my mind about canceling the service. Then, today I received a call from US CarGo and a text from FD Logistic LLC regarding car transport service as they were waiting on me. I research the US CarGO and found that others had complaints about the upcharge after the initial cost agreement.
