Buyer beware! This business had the lowest quote to transport two SUV’s at $500 each. Contract was $300 deposit with $700 upon delivery. When the day to transport came, I had to call for a timeline. They didn’t have a truck and said they’ll call back. For a brief moment I thought I was scammed by an overseas shell company. Then I get a call saying they found a driver for $1200. I mentioned our contract and demanded my money back. I scoured their website and read the fine print: the company is a broker who negotiates contracts of sale or agreements between parties for a fee or commission. I called local drivers in my area and were asking for a whole lot more. So I called US Car-Go. The first driver was no longer available and a second driver asked for $1300. I contacted the driver and luckily he was local to the area. He mentioned the brokers purposely put the lowest bid to get contracts but the fine print is that the numbers are merely a quote. Everything went well after that.
