Customer service was great from David. He was always very polite and made sure to return phone calls. He may have called too many times but I understand he was doing his job. I’m not too impressed with the contractor who picked up the vehicle and dropped it off. The communication lacked. From him giving 20 minutes notice of pickup to calling at 8pm at night saying he would arrive in 30 minutes, only to be late. There are some opportunities to do better.
