Rude and Offensive

I did not choose this company. It was the one used by Continental Auto Carriers. I do not blame US Auto Transportation for CAC's miscommunication, but I wanted to warn others of my experience with my driver. If given the phone number 206-678-8114, please request another driver! I called him four days after my pick up date(Nov.7) due to having been told that the delivery would be a few days only. He informed me that my car was waiting in Seattle for more vehicles to fill the truck. I tried to explain what I had been told by the other company to which he replied " if you are not happy you can come pick up your car." I live an hour and a half away and was already in TX! My brother had helped with the pick up and this man rudely lectured him; my brother is a minor so his rudeness obviously has no limits! I was then given Nov. 17 as the delivery date which was then changed to Nov.18 8AM, but I received my vehicle at 10AM The driver apologized for whatever I thought he had done wrong which I did not accept. I instead listed out what he had done which he laughed off. He ended up texting me thirty minutes later "You were right, I am very sorry." I shall also include that in communication prior to the delivery he had brought up my religion, age, and questioned my intelligence. I only hope that this may help others and wish everyone a happier experience.
