Absolutely Horrifying Experience!!!
US Auto Transport picked up the vehicle late. You can never get anyone to answer the phone. They do not answer messages. There is no customer service, and when you can get Ed to answer his phone, he is not professional at all. I could not get an updated status of the vehicle being shipped. Lie, lie, lie, lie and lie. The vehicle was received filthy inside and out. The dealership had it detailed before it left. When the vehicle was received it was full of garbage, children’s toys, teen magazines, dirty towels, food crumbs and a soda spill on the carpet. Oh yeah!!! Someone decided to take it on a family vacation. The mileage didn’t add up by almost a thousand miles, and the vehicle didn’t even arrive on a truck!!! The driver hired yet another 3rd party to drive it into the city they chose. I will NEVER recommend this company to anyone!!!!
