ruined my daughters suprise and charged more

Chris Parker of car transportaion usa is a joke. I sumitted an online form to get quotes for a car to be shipped to my house from my parents. It was a gift and a SUPRISE for my daughters sweet sixteen. I told him he was the first to call me with a quote. I made it very clear I wanted the car picked up on the 30h of Nov. And NOT to be delivered until after the 1st of Dec. Chris said I have quote of 975' I asked if he could do better he said he could do 40 dollars off. He then said let me get some information. Which I gave in case I decided to go with them. Chris then said I will email the info pay the deposit, SIGN the contract and we have a deal! I Never paid the deposit, or signed the contract. I got several other quotes for up too 350 less then what Chris quoted me.

Chris sent his trucks to pick up the car without any contract, or deposit. My older parents didn't know anybetter they just knew I was sending a truck to pick up the car. And they picked it up on the 23 of nov. 7 days earlier then requested and get this because my father signed the reciept. Thats it we were locked into the 975. they pressured me to deliver the car early while my daughter was home. they over charged me with no contract, ruined our suprise for my daughters birthday. Oh and when I confronted Chris he hung up on me and refused to return mine or my husbands calls. We never heard from management. Oh and I did not get the 40 off.

So If you want to over pay, with crappy service who only wants your money call Chris Parker at car transportation usa,llc
