I had to arrange transport service for one of my parent's cars, moving from Norther CA to Southern CA. Christina worked with me to set up the entire transport activity, and followed through the entire move. UFirst's team was courteous, organized and professional.

Here is the breakdown:

Quote: Ufirst replied to my RFQ quickly, and with a competitive price.

Customer Service: Courteous and professional. Very good with the follow-up calls. Organized, great communication.

Pick up: The Transport Driver was on time - like 5 min early. Prompt. Awesome. Knew what he was doing.

Drop Off: The Transport Driver was also prompt - 10 min early. He took care of the car, and parked it right in our driveway.

Conclusion: Would definitely hire again. I recommend UFirst to anyone that needs a vehicle transported.
