I'd just like to post what I sent them in e-mail, too.
I just wanna let you know that I'm deeply disappointed, because I ASKED you to make sure that everything is gonna be OK. I trusted in your company, but I should have known that a company without a phone number is not a serious one. i asked for a quote more than a month ago, placed my order on 9th of July. If it is too big job for you the handle orders properly, you should stay away from this business.
We will lose money, because my husband can't go to work from next week without the car, and all because you are absolutely not professional.
Everybody! Stay away from this company, without a phone number it is hard to reach them, plus they DON'T even let you know that nobody is coming to pick up your car! You have to ask several times, when finally they say something as an answer, blaming the drivers. Just not professional!
