This was a reminder of how poor customer service can be Robbie quoted me a price and gave me a pick Up date within the parameters I had He had almost a month to arrange pick up but a window of five days to deliver. I called on the day he promised pick up for an update and all I got was “I’ll call you back”. After two days, no response so I sent an email and again, “I’ll get back to you”. Three days later I called and was told no one would transport my car because it was “too big” (a 63 Impala) unless I wanted to pay more money I increased the bid by $100 and two days later, no one contacted me. I finally cancelled the contract and they never responded back to me or acknowledged the cancellation. Terrible customer service, worse communication and they lied to me about numerous questions I had. Do NOT use these people!

Customer recvd quote to Milwukee and placed an order to go all the way up to Canadian border. Over 250 more miles north. Over 100 miles north of Green Bay. Single lane icy snowy roads into the frozen tundra in Jan. with a huge 1963 Impala. We told him drivers aren't going to want to do a 400 plus mile flip for one car into crazy weather conditions on small roads. At 6 mpg it is over $200 in fuel, a full day of driving and wear and tear. Hundreds of dollars more. He offered $100 more or we could go "kick rocks". When it didn't happen he fires us and hires a broker for $500 more. If he would have been honest upfront we could have saved him $200. His thinking he was working the system cost him 10 days and $200. He said we were just stupid US rednecks.
