Quoted this June 4th to ship the 6th. He kept delaying shipment until Aug which is the busiest month of the year. Diesel is also at its peak. We explained via email 3 times that the price would be higher the later into summer. He admitted that he checked in late July with brokers and was quoted $895 to $1095. As a carrier we were able to offer $825 avoiding broker fees. He wanted to hold the $699 and lose money. We offered to cancel the order. He stayed with us because we were still the cheapest and to thank us gave us this negative review. It speaks of the type of person he is.
