This company was quick to respond with a quote but from that point forward the customer service was extremely rude and communications were virtually nonexistent. I was contacted by a driver for pickup within a reasonable time frame but then was constantly put off with circumstances such as the assigned vehicle had broken down so just be patient. I constantly reached out for updates and was never responded to requiring me to eventually make alternative arrangements with a competitor who provided excellent service. I would highly recommend AGAINST utilizing this company based on the poor and non-responsive service provided. You'll question whether you're vehicle will get picked up and likely have a lot of time wasted in the process. I will never consider the services of this company again.

We provide the actual drivers cell which sometimes blows up because of people like Steve. He placed an order on a sunday and we got it assigned Monday for load Tuesday. The driver broke down Monday afternoon and called Steve asking if Wednesday would be O.K. for loading. Steve said yes and the driver told him between 3 and 5 but he would call in the morning to narrow it down to a 30 min window. Steve proceeded to call and text the driver 11 times within 24 hours wanting updates. After the first call when the driver told him "we are on schedule and will call if there is a problem" Steve continued to call him and text. Even at 11:30pm waking him up. Who does that ? When our driver called him wed. morning to narrow down the time Steve said he hired somebody else since we did not keep in contact with him. Nut job.
