Never was picked up but got a lot of excuses

Order my pick up 2-11-16 to be picked up in Cherry Hill Imports on 2-16-16... not picked up, another day gone not picked up.. called and said bad weather... weather got better still no pick up.. called no answer, email and said that there is a spot reserved on the truck for Monday 2-22-16... called not answer... texted on sunday and emailed on sunday 2-12-16 to make sure we were still on schedule.. not response.. called on monday no answer.. emailed no answer texted and told me the truck was broke down in PA.. Not my problem... texted several more times are we on schedule answer I received "I dont have an answer".. my car is still sitting there and not picked up.. I asked do I need to get another company "I dont have an answer" so I made it easy for him.. I switched carriers... I have shipped several (9) cars in my time and this is the first time it has not been on schedule.. the problems and excuses he was giving me were no concern of mine.. he told me a date and I trusted that date.. Good money for bad and untrustworthy service will not be excepted..

We had a truck scheduled to load today he broke down Saturday in Penn. with transmission problems. I was waiting for an answer from the repair shop this morning or we were going to route truck #31 in tomm. I understand the customer being upset after waiting 5 days but we can not control snow and ice storms or mechanical failure. If you have your vehicle on the road 26 out of 30 days a month eventually something will break. Don't fight Mother Nature either.
